Cancellation Policy
We do our utmost to avoid applying cancellation charges by developing long term relationships with our customers & through good communication.
In the event of cancellation, we do need to cover our lost revenue from the cancelled booking at a point when it is unlikely to be replaced with a new booking.
Cancellation within 1 month of date booked – 50% of Room Hire
Cancellation within 2 weeks of date booked – 100% of Room Hire
Cancellation within 7 days of date booked – 100% of Room Hire & Full catering costs.
All invoices are raised on the day of the meeting & are payable within 30 days, after this interest will be added at 10% per month until the invoice is paid in full.
